Great hope they finish translations soon
Great hope they finish translations soon
This is a great app. Could use more English translation of masechtas and also some of the notes in English dont work. The new iTalmud update is gorgeous -- cant wait for a similar facelift for iMishnah.
A good start - please finish the English translations! Thats why I bought the app!
If you havent updated, dont do it yet! I havent been able to use this app since I updated. Its too bad, since its a great app! Please fix the bugs.
Since last update app stopped working on my iPod touch
Love this app. Comes in handy!
Are we ever going to see English for all of the tractates?
1. Parts of Yoma have no English translation. 2. Many of the footnote links - in all the tractates I have reviewed so far - connect to the wrong footnotes. 3. Would love to have the English for commentaries as well as the mishnayot!
Little bit more intuitive will help, adding commentaries as wel
Over a year and a half ago I wrote to the developers about a problem, but never heard back aside from being asked my platform and iOS version. Id be learning one mesechta, but the English translation and footnotes would be for an entirely different one. When I downloaded the new update today I hoped this would be fixed. Unfortunately it is just as bad. I have Arachin open but the translation looks like its from Kelim! Two stars because from what I can tell there are at least non-buggy (non-English) commentaries.
I especially love the Hebrew and English version. With in the English commentary there are numbers. You can press on the number and it opens up a beautifully clear commentary on that idea. Love this app!
I use the app as an English backup to the R Kahati mishnayos thats my primary source. This app often repeats the Kahati explanation. Thats impressive. The app is quick to navigate. Its great.
